Dick's Sporting Goods - - Responsibilities:
Deterrence of external theft and reducing store losses through loss prevention programs;
Monitor store compliance with safety and operational controls and MES execution;
Complete incident reports in LPMS and coordinate with local authorities as needed;
Participate in Shrink Coach meetings and train store teammates on loss-prevention practices;
Conduct MES sweeps and safety checks during low customer traffic
