We’re hiring an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Gas Station Associate Manager to join our Shell Gas Station team in Bronx, NY. This full‑time role offers flexibility with evening, weekend, and night shifts. You’ll be at the heart of our operation, providing excellent customer service, managing financial transactions, and ensuring the smooth running of our retail and stocking processes.

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Operate cash register and process payments (cash, card, mobile)
• Handle fuel purchases and transactions accurately
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic issues
• Maintain cash drawer balance at the start and end of shift
• Receive and unload deliveries of products
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays (snacks, drinks, essentials)
• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items
• Rotate products to ensure freshness (FIFO method)
• Keep storage and stock areas organized
• Keep store clean and organized at all times
• Ensure restrooms and common areas are maintained
• Follow safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor for theft or suspicious activity

The salary for this position ranges from $13 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Experience in retail, customer service, or related field is preferred.
• Must have a valid work visa.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills. Capable of handling customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
• Experience in handling cash registers and managing cash transactions.
• Knowledge of Quick Books and accounts receivable.
• Able to perform physical duties, such as stocking and organizing retail products.
