WW&S Operations Associate, Manhattan

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all channels of the business. Associates support walk‑in customers, fulfill online orders, prepare delivery and shipping orders, maintain store presentation, and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working in a fast‑paced environment, and contributing to a high‑performing retail team.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers locate products and make recommendations.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Support checkout operations and customer transactions.
• Create positive experiences that encourage repeat business.

• Pick and prepare online pickup orders.
• Assemble local delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare shipping orders according to company standards.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Communicate order issues promptly to leadership.

• Stock shelves and maintain product presentation.
• Replenish inventory throughout the day.
• Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Support merchandising and promotional displays.
• Processing transactions

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Verify product accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Support inventory organization and backroom standards.
• Help reduce shrink through attention to detail and process compliance.

• Follow all alcohol sales and  requirements.
• Comply with company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain workplace safety standards.
• Report safety concerns immediately.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, hospitality, restaurant, fulfillment, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing, and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost‑of‑labor index forthat geographic area.
• Manhattan, NY Pay Rate: USD $17.25/hr
• The salary range above reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
