Location: New York

Our Client is seeking an exceptional Retail Manager to lead their exciting New York pop-up location in the heart of SoHo. This is a unique opportunity to represent one of the world's most respected beauty brands and play a key role in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury beauty retail, outstanding commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. You will oversee all aspects of the pop-up's daily operations, ensuring the space, customer journey, and team reflect the excellence and values of the Lisa Eldridge brand.

About You

You come from the world of luxury beauty and understand both the artistry and the commercial side of the industry. You're equally comfortable delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching a team, and driving sales performance.

You are:

  • An experienced retail leader within luxury beauty or premium retail
  • Passionate about makeup artistry and customer service
  • Commercially minded with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • An excellent communicator who can motivate and develop diverse teams
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • A natural problem-solver who leads by example
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales performance and exceed business targets
  • Analyse sales results, customer insights, and traffic patterns to identify opportunities
  • Deliver an elevated customer experience through expert product knowledge and selling techniques
  • Manage team scheduling to optimise floor coverage and productivity
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly commission reports
  • Identify and resolve barriers to achieving business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
  • Manage team schedules, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive culture
  • Support team training and professional development opportunities
  • Resolve team issues efficiently and professionally
  • Lead by example in presentation, professionalism, and customer service
Customer Experience
  • Ensure every customer receives a personalised and memorable experience
  • Deliver exceptional service and makeup artistry consultations
  • Build strong customer relationships and drive CRM growth
  • Communicate the Lisa Eldridge brand story, values, and product expertise
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
Operations & Administration
  • Oversee all daily store operations and Health & Safety compliance
  • Manage stock control, inventory, testers, hygiene standards, and store transfers
  • Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained
  • Monitor POS procedures, cash handling, refunds, and exchanges
  • Lead the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of the pop-up location
  • Work closely with Head Office to ensure operational excellence
