Oversee zone merchandising and customer service to ensure exceptional associate and customer experience;
Execute procedures for assigned zone including merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Manage scheduling and staffing for unload/processing and floor coverage to drive productivity and service;
Supervise associates within the zone and communicate directives for follow-up;
Open and close the store as needed and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
