Summary

The Outlet Receiving Associate is responsible for processing incoming shipments and ensuring accurate inventory at the Woodbury Commons outlet. This part‑time role supports receiving, inspection, and movement of merchandise from truck to backstock and sales floor. The associate maintains organization of the stockroom and assists store teams to meet operational needs.

• Receive and unload merchandise shipments, verify quantities and items against packing lists
• Inspect incoming product for damage and coordinate returns or adjustments
• Process and record inventory using handheld scanners and store systems
• Label, sort, and move merchandise to backstock or the sales floor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area and stockroom

• 1+ years of experience in retail receiving, stock, warehouse, or similar role preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Basic computer skills and experience with handheld scanners or inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work weekends and holidays
