Merchandising Manager, Women's Leathergoods

Summary

Support the Leather Goods merchandising team for the Americas boutiques by managing reporting, assortment, allocation and distribution for women's leather goods. Drive business analysis including weekly and seasonal reporting, competitive market analysis, and launch tool creation to inform buying and replenishment decisions. Collaborate closely with retail teams and headquarters to optimize sell-through and assortment across boutiques and new openings.

• Generate and maintain weekly sales reports, store and business recaps, and sales tracking to targets.
• Manage product shipping, deliveries, replenishment levels by style and boutique, and follow up on logistics.
• Partner with Retail teams to handle product inquiries and present weekly business updates.
• Create and manage seasonal launch tools, buy books, photo and selling tools, and adjust allocations to meet reservations.
• Support assortment planning for new store openings and pop-ups and participate in seasonal market presentations.
• Conduct monthly competitive pricing and market trend analysis and prepare comprehensive recaps.
• Assist in markdown recommendations and bi-monthly stock rebalances to maximize sell-through.
• Prepare analysis on fast/slow sellers, end-of-season product recaps, and support cross-category weekly reporting.

• At least 5 years of merchandising, buying, or supply chain experience; luxury women’s retail experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of retail math and KPIs.
• Advanced Excel skills and heavy Excel workload experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and merchandising software systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
