The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, handling, and staging merchandise to support an elevated outlet retail experience. This hands‑on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor to move product from delivery to placement while maintaining a safe, organized, and brand‑reflective environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑minded, and able to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures; ability to lift and mobilize furniture in excess of 100 lbs
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
