Summary

The Retail Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations in a boutique setting. This role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting a seamless omnichannel customer experience. Associates are expected to maintain deep product knowledge and contribute to store presentation and minor repairs.

• Provide outstanding customer service and personalized product recommendations.
• Build and maintain client relationships with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and assist with eyewear fittings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Support omnichannel services to ensure a seamless customer experience across online and in-store platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience operating a POS system and prior luxury eyewear or sales experience preferred.
