Stock Associate - Madison Avenue

Summary

Responsible for managing the proper rotation of goods and supporting the Stock Manager in warehouse and store operations. Supports the sales team by preparing and delivering merchandise to the sales floor and special areas to help maximize sales. Ensures product safety, accurate inventory flow tracking, and order in the warehouse according to corporate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures
• Check and prepare product for the sales floor and special areas
• Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials during handling
• Track product flow and inventory through the SAP system
• Maintain warehouse order according to corporate standards
• Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries per guidelines
• Order packaging materials based on store needs

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar stock or warehouse role
• Experience in the luxury retail sector preferred
• High affinity for luxury products and a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
