About Wandel

Wandel is a growing, premium soft-baked cookie brand rooted in tradition, storytelling, and real ingredients. We’re a small team building something special — and we’re looking for people who want to be part of it early on.

As a Wandel Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent the brand at Whole Foods Market and other grocery stores across the NY metro area — sharing samples, telling the Wandel story, and connecting with shoppers one-on-one. Shifts are typically 3–4 hours
. All training, signage, marketing materials, and branded collateral are provided — we set you up for success.

• Check in with the store’s customer service desk upon arrival
• Locate product inventory in the back of house and bring cases to your demo area
• Set up your demo table with branded tablecloth, signage, QR code postcards, and product displays — showcase at least 2 bags per SKU
• Attach $2 IRC coupon stickers to the top left corner of all Wandel bags
• Purchase initial sampling product through the register (2 bags per SKU to start — fully reimbursed via Zelle or Venmo within 24 hours)

• Share the Wandel story and offer samples to shoppers with energy and warmth
• Cut each cookie bite into 8 samples; sample at least 2 flavors at a time
• Keep the sample tray positioned close to you (not shopper-facing) so every sample comes with a personal interaction
• Let shoppers know where they can find Wandel in-store when they’re ready to buy more
• Offer samples to store team members — they’re important advocates too

• Restock the Wandel shelf and make sure it’s full before leaving
• Place any uneaten samples in the team member break room
• Submit a short post-demo report covering: date/time/location, number of bags sampled and sold by flavor, estimated shoppers sampled, customer feedback, shelf condition, and store foot traffic

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable talking to strangers
• Passionate about food, storytelling, or small brands
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator
• Have dependable transportation to store locations in the NY metro area
• Experience in acting, performance, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus — but not required

• Full training and demo guidance before your first shift
• Branded demo tablecloth, signage, and marketing materials
• Brand collateral:
  Wandel toothpicks, sample holders, and a Wandel sweatshirt
• IRC coupons, QR code postcards, and founder story materials
• Demo table (if needed) and gloves

• $25/hour
• Full reimbursement for any product purchased for demos (paid within 24 hours via Zelle or Venmo)
• Free Wandel cookie bites
