Client Advisor - 5th Avenue

Summary

The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, cultivating client relationships, and achieving individual and store sales goals. Reporting to store management, the role also supports visual merchandising, training, and operational tasks to uphold brand standards. The position requires a customer-focused approach, professionalism, and product knowledge in a luxury retail environment.

• Welcome clients and provide outstanding client experiences aligned with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and outreach.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators such as ADT and UPT.
• Collaborate with store leadership on operations and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support inventory preparation, customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Assist with visual merchandising standards and execution as needed.
• Participate as a team player in store activities and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Client‑centric with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Technologically proficient with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• English fluency required; additional languages such as Spanish, Mandarin or Cantonese preferred.
