Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, Assistant Managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines, driving efficiency in all store processes, and leading floor set updates, styling recommendations, and product knowledge.
Assistant Managers are talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement, and development of staff, and are expected to bring their best selves every day. With a promote-from-within philosophy, Assistant Managers will grow into future leaders of the store’s organization.
What You’ll Do- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing, scheduling operations, and payroll management.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Operate register/point of sale systems.
- Fulfill omni‑channel orders.
- Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
- Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Maintain a strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team building and ability to coach others.
- Take initiative and demonstrate confidence.

The starting rate for this position is $28.50 per hour. The recruiting pay range is $28.50–$28.50 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
