Starting Pay: $23.63

• $23.63 per hour uncapped commission profit sharing
• Average monthly incentive potential: $800, with unlimited earning potential!

As a Store Leader, youll be responsible for:

Leading your team
to achieve store goals in repair volume,sales, speed, and profit.

Coaching and motivating
your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensuring a positive customer experience
by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.

Maintaining store operations
, including inventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion's values.

  Guide your team in delivering excellent service, solving problems, and offering tailored tech solutions.

• Store Operations

  Oversee repair quality, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for customers and employees.
• Adaptability

  Support all roles in the store, from device repairtocustomer service.

What You'll Bring:

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

1 years of leadership experience, including coaching and training

2 years of customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals
