Summary

The Client Advisor at the Madison Flagship is responsible for generating sales through exceptional client relations and in-depth product knowledge while representing the brand. The role focuses on developing and maintaining a client book, achieving personal and store sales goals, and delivering an elevated customer experience. The advisor also supports day-to-day store operations and team objectives.

• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets
• Educate clients on company history and product knowledge
• Maintain and cultivate an active client book, prospecting new clients
• Support team members to meet store sales objectives
• Provide prompt follow-up on client purchases, repairs, and inquiries
• Operate POS, open and close registers, and process payments/returns
• Conduct inventory counts and follow loss prevention policies
• Maintain and execute store merchandising standards and store readiness

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Luxury sales experience preferred with previous client development experience
• Established client book is ideal
• Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and team player mindset
• Knowledge of fashion and design trends; interest in travel
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly
