• Deliver personalized service to customers and convert interactions into sales.

• Process transactions accurately and support loss prevention practices.

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or luxury apparel.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and assisting with light stock tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training is a plus.
