Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales Associate (Samsung Experience Consultant) at Best Buy in New York, New York. You will represent Samsung Electronics, building customer relationships and driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
  • Uncover and understand customers’ needs and recommend a Samsung product that fits those needs.
  • Build confidence in Samsung products and services for both Best Buy employees and new and repeat customers, acting as a brand evangelist.
  • Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support key initiatives and goals across all teams.
  • Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis.
  • Provide excellent customer and client service through interactions with customers and Best Buy employees.
  • Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
  • Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches.
  • Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights.
Performance Measurements
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Daily accurate reporting.
  • Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quota/goals.
  • Customer/client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Availability to work weekend, evening, and high‑demand retail holidays.
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
