Full Time across early and late shifts, including some weekend working.

• Creating appealing and eye‑catching visual displays to demonstrate the range and collections.
• Assessing current trends and finding innovative strategies of implementation.
• Managing new product drops in store ensuring cohesion with current trends and campaign alignment.
• Adapting hanging fixtures and updating the physical layout of display rails; managing fixture placement and systems layout to accommodate commercial and campaign updates.
• Ensuring windows and displays are merchandised with intent, cohesive with the function they support and styled in line with the brand direction.
• Identifying opportunities for signage to improve messaging of our product and support the customer journey.

• Reviewing daily sales performance of bestselling products, new products and slow sellers to ensure the most commercial displays are maintained and in stock.
• Participating in daily floor walks to review store status before peak periods so the most commercial product is in key sightlines.
• Contributing to daily huddles, sharing new products, floor updates and incoming new products.
• Managing and guiding the team through training and feedback to maintain visual standards.
• Supporting planning and execution of all promotional activities.
• Being knowledgeable of the broader product range; understanding collections inside and out.
• Providing feedback to leadership on product performance and informing merchandising conversations.
• Ensuring product presentation supports customer journey and new product prominence.
• Maintaining store signage, equipment and fixtures.
• Working closely with Operations for stock movement, new product line removal, and promotional preparation.
• Ensuring the store is ready to open with all visual equipment and product moves completed prior to trading hours.
• Engaging customers and assisting with their needs.
• Collaborating with leadership, sharing insights on product performance to enhance customer journey.
• Keeping informed about external brand activity, window displays, key messages and promotional activity.
• Advising and directing team as required.
• Completing necessary training within the set timeframe to maintain compliance, knowledge and safety.
• Inspiring community with innovative styling.
• Demonstrating brand values through care of the community and honest interaction.
• Holding key responsibilities for visual displays and store layouts when unavailable during store hours.

• Recent experience in a visual merchandising leadership role within retail.
• A natural flair for styling, colours and outfit building.
• A passion for community, wellness or fitness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members to grow personally and professionally.
• A passion for Gymshark product.
• A positive and solution‑focused approach.
• Comfortable working with digital technology.
• Commitment to flexible working including weekends, bank holidays and overnight.

This role has a pay range between $21-24.00 per hour.
