Client Service Representative - Soho Men's

Summary

The Client Service Representative supports day-to-day client service functions of the boutique, managing POS operations, aftersales, phone communication, cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention. The role ensures outstanding customer service while assisting boutique leadership and the selling floor with operational tasks and merchandising as needed.

• Greet and acknowledge customers to provide a friendly, welcoming environment and outstanding service.
• Accurately process transactions at the register and maintain cash and media integrity.
• Manage telephone inquiries, take messages, and transfer calls with proper etiquette.
• Assist with packing/wrapping merchandise and support exchanges or returns in partnership with leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, secure cash and receipts, and maintain register area and supplies.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, inventories, and general boutique operational tasks including safety and security.

• At least 3+ years of retail cashiering experience; luxury background preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and availability to travel as needed.
