The Coordinator, Retail Projects supports the VP of Retail and Director of Retail Operations in driving key initiatives across the retail organization. This role coordinates cross‑functional projects, manages store communications, and supports high‑impact retail events & activations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate & track retail projects and initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner closely with retail leadership to plan and execute key initiatives, including store openings and strategic programs.
- Support the execution of high‑profile events such as NYFW activations, VIC events and boutique experiences.
- Own and manage store communications, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and delivered effectively to the field.
- Develop and distribute weekly updates, event recaps, and field‑facing materials.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams including marketing, VM, retail leadership, and operations to bring projects to life.
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across initiatives.
- Support planning and logistics for retail meetings, events, and leadership touchpoints.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive materials.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance communication and execution across the retail network.
Desired Background:
- 1–2 years of experience in a related field.

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and AI tools to streamline workflows and reporting
The base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $60,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, and location.
