Summary

The Visual Merchandising Manager for the 57th Street location leads the execution and consistency of in-store visual presentation across all product categories. This role plans and implements zoning, rotations, and installations while maintaining luxury retail standards for lighting, windows, props and furniture. The manager coaches and develops the visual team to support the store business strategy and enhance the client experience.

• Plan, prepare and implement regular zoning and product rotations in consultation with store management.
• Manage product preparation in the back of house, location changes in RMS, and in-store installations.
• Act as a brand ambassador and role model, demonstrating passion and high standards for visual merchandising.
• Maintain store environment and presentation standards including lighting, windows, props and furniture.
• Set visual expectations, monitor performance and ensure displays follow current visual guidelines.
• Coach, train, motivate and develop visual team members to support succession planning.

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, preferably within luxury retail, with experience managing or leading a team.
• Strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of luxury visual presentation standards.
• Experience with product preparation, installations and retail systems (e.g., RMS) for inventory location management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and coaching skills with the ability to drive performance and uphold store standards.
