• 4+ years of retail management or related experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with strong customer service focus.
• Experience with sales reporting, inventory management, and merchandising execution.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize in a fast paced retail environment.
• Availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
