The Luxury Sales Associate for our Men’s Ready-to-Wear Departments will play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the prestige of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales history of at least 1.5M+ in luxury fashion and a passion for delivering exceptional service, creating a personalized and memorable experience for our esteemed customers.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service:
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by utilizing advanced product knowledge and refined selling techniques. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized services, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively engage with customers, address inquiries with utmost professionalism, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Product Knowledge and Brand Representation:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the diverse range of luxury men’s ready‑to‑wear and associated products available throughout the store, representing the brand’s legacy and values with integrity and passion. - Attend product training sessions and stay informed about the latest trends and collections in the luxury leather goods sector.
- Client Development and CRM Management:
Identify opportunities to cultivate existing clients and acquire new ones, maximizing sales potential. - Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively to manage client information and communicate promotional activities and events.
- Conduct after‑sales follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Visual Merchandising and Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensuring products are displayed according to company guidelines. - Contribute to inventory management processes including stock replenishment, transfers, and cycle counts.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies and report any discrepancies immediately to the management team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with a demonstrated sales history of 1.5M+.
- Extensive knowledge and passion for luxury men’s ready‑to‑wear and a strong understanding of the luxury retail market.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
- Proficiency in using computers and POS systems.
