Salary & Compensation

Hourly wage: $16 - $29 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Meat / Produce associates keep the Fresh area fully stocked, rotate product, maintain proper food safety standards, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
