Summary

Part-time commission sales role on the womens shoe floor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales. The associate provides fit and styling advice, maintains merchandising standards, and supports a busy downtown store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and recommend footwear and accessories.
• Drive sales and meet commission targets through consultative selling and follow up.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale.
• Maintain visual merchandising and floor presentation for the footwear department.
• Assist with inventory tasks, receiving, and restocking as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in footwear or apparel.
• Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills with a track record of meeting targets.
• Product knowledge and ability to advise on fit, style, and care for women's shoes.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for long periods.
• Reliable, team oriented, and comfortable working in a high foot-traffic retail environment.
