Job OverviewThe Site Merchandising Business Manager partners with the Senior Director to lead digital strategies across the total category. This leader plays a critical role on the team, serving as a Business Generalist and collaborating closely with stakeholders in Merchandising, Marketing, and other Digital functions. The manager proactively identifies opportunities to optimize site performance and develops data‑driven solutions for continuous improvement.
What You Will Do- Ensure best‑in‑class site execution for events, promotions, category pages, and sitelets/browse pages.
- Conduct site analysis and audits to align data across all customer touchpoints and devices; establish best practices and regularly share insights with Site Merchandising Directors, Associates, and Assistants.
- Participate in special projects and committees focused on improving site performance and operational processes.
- Collaborate with the Merchandise Strategy team, Marketing, and other Site Merchandising Business Managers to align strategies and drive performance improvements.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business by enhancing the customer shopping experience through innovation and competitive analysis.
- Serve as the Marketplace liaison, ensuring 3P product onboarding aligns with 1P PDP Health best practices, strategizing navigation for 3P white space categories, and optimizing site exposure through event participation and accurate attribution.
- Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Organization and Attention to Detail – Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to develop and maintain efficient systems of organization.
- Innovative Thinking – Willingness to innovate and continuously seek out new data sources to enhance insights.
Candidates with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply. 3+ years of experience in retail/e‑commerce/online product management. Prior site merchandising or e‑commerce experience preferred.
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
