Retail Pop-Up Manager

Our client, a beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead a luxury beauty pop‑up location in SoHo. The role involves day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, managing and developing the team, and delivering an elevated client experience while upholding brand standards in a fast‑paced environment.

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets through strong commercial leadership.
• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Deliver and maintain an elevated, personalized client experience at all times.
• Ensure strong product knowledge and selling techniques across the team.
• Oversee daily operations including POS accuracy, inventory management, and reporting.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall presentation of the pop‑up.
• Manage client relationships and CRM to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Oversee full lifecycle of the pop‑up—including setup, maintenance, and breakdown.

• Luxury beauty retail experience with both sales and artistry exposure.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving results.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to changing business needs.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary: $50,000. The role may also be eligible for incentive pay, discretionary bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, details of which will be provided during the hiring process.
