We are looking for a Lead / Key Holder to support the daily operations of our SoHo store. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, leads confidently on the floor, and is passionate about delivering a strong, on‑brand customer experience.

As a Lead / Key Holder, you will be a key presence on the sales floor, supporting leadership while helping guide the team through busy, fast‑paced days. You will take ownership of opening and closing shifts, act as Manager on Duty when needed, and ensure that both the customer experience and store standards are consistently elevated.

This is a highly hands‑on role suited for someone who is confident, proactive, and thrives in a high‑traffic retail environment.

• Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an elevated and on‑brand customer experience
• Open and close the store, including cash handling, security, and daily reporting
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and KPIs (conversion, UPT, AUR)
• Assist with coaching Stylists and maintaining strong team performance on the floor
  
  Ensure visual standards and merchandising are maintained at all times
• Support stock flow, replenishment, and overall operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy store environment

• 1+ years of retail experience, with key holder or leadership responsibilities preferred
• Strong floor presence and ability to lead in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Confident decision‑maker with a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented mindset
• Passion for fashion, retail, and customer experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, accountable, and comfortable owning shifts independently
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
