In-Store Stock & Sales Support Specialist

Summary

The Sales Support role provides in-store operational support to ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and organized throughout the day. You will receive deliveries, manage stock placement, and assist the sales team during peak periods to maintain high service standards. The position focuses on efficient stock management, communication with sales staff, and maintaining a tidy stockroom and sales floor.

• Communicate effectively with the Sales Team to coordinate stock needs.
• Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment and organize new arrivals on the sales floor.
• Receive deliveries and maintain a neat, tidy, and organized stock area.
• Collect customer alterations, webstore orders, and custom-made items for the store.
• Assist sales advisors during peak hours to support the sales process.

• Excellent communication and teamwork with store sales staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for stock management and presentation.
• Ability to handle receiving and processing deliveries and customer orders.
• Willingness to work flexibly and assist during peak store hours.
