Assistant Client Advisor supporting the sales team to deliver an elevated luxury client experience through product expertise, client communication, transaction support, and operational assistance at the Madison Avenue store.

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality to clients.
• Support sales team with product knowledge and sales assistance.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, notes, phone calls, and clienteling app.
• Record and update client information in CRM to support future sales.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach to clients.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintenance of store displays.
• Collaborate with management to replenish and maintain merchandise.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.

• Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
