Sales Associate – NYC World Trade Center

Join Charles Tyrwhitt as a Sales Associate working with Bernadette in our flagship NYC store.

• Providing exceptional customer service, greeting and advising customers.
• Ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
• Participating in general store operations, including restocking and handling shipments.
• Completing training to deepen knowledge of menswear styling, measuring, and creating polished looks.

• Customer service experience in a premium retail environment.
• Engaging personality, enthusiasm, and pride in appearance.
• Prior retail leadership experience (any retail sector).
• Full training provided to understand brand, product, and customer.

Weekend availability required.

• Quarterly bonus based on team sales performance.

Salary range: $17–$24 per hour (dependent on experience).
