Contrat - Client Advisor

AMI Paris is looking for a Full‑Time Client Advisor to join our team in New York.

• Greeting customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood.
• Listen and identify the needs of customers through your customer service skills.
• Build customer loyalty by creating trusting relationships and achieving personal and team sales goals.

• Follow‑up and management of the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc.).
• Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.

• Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises.
• Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store.

Salary range: 21/22 usd per hour + commissions on individual sales.

• You have 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• You are positive, dynamic, involved and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong sense of customer service and are committed to satisfying your customers' needs.
• You have a strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends.
• Second language is a plus!
