At Sprouts Farmers Market, a Bulk Clerk maintains, packs, and stocks all bulk foods. This includes following the merchandising bulk plan, packaging, scaling, filling bulk bins, and preparing, wrapping, and pricing bulk packages accurately. The Bulk Clerk rotates product using code dates, adheres to the company’s cleaning and sanitation program, provides high‑level customer service, and ensures the bulk area remains clean.

The Bulk Clerk also assists the Bulk Manager as needed, maintains equipment, and may receive, unload, and stock merchandise throughout the day. This role requires thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

• Using a knife (other than safety cutters)
• Using a ladder
• Operating a garbage or cardboard compactor
• Operating any motor/electrically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks)
• Working in coolers or freezers for prolonged periods

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable with ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Demonstrates mutual respect for others and maintains a high‑level code of ethics within Sprouts’ culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers
• Good communication skills and ability to follow direction in a team environment
• Ability to perform repetitious activities, multi‑task, prioritize, and stay organized
• Must vertically or horizontally transfer product weighing up to 50 lbs. from 4” to 36” and carrying it up to 4 feet for up to 15 hours without mechanical assistance
• Adheres to all safety, health, OSHA and Weights and Measures regulations
• Able to perform other related duties as assigned

$18.05 - $22.50 per hour, based on applicable experience and qualifications.
