Key Lead - Walt Whitman Shops, Abercrombie & Fitch

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales
• Build and maintain Visual Displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values

Schedule will vary weekly, but you should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required
• Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred

• Show knowledge of current fashion trends

The starting rate for this position is $20.50 per hour (recruiting pay range $20.50-$20.50 per hour). The following benefits and incentives apply:
