Overview
Store Manager (Full-Time) Store Manager leads the store team to inspire, motivate and develop a team to achieve store sales goals, deliver the highest level of customer engagement, recruit and coach top talent, manage staffing levels, and maximize store profitability by controlling expenses and ensuring store standards for customer care, merchandising, and operations.
What Will You Be Doing?- Contributes to overall store success by meeting store sales goals while achieving individual goals.
- Experience in recruiting top talent to meet business needs and retain talent that drives sales growth.
- Promotes a culture of coaching and feedback to develop a high-performing team while achieving individual sales goals.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by understanding customer needs and modeling engagement that exceeds industry standards.
- Builds business and client relationships through in-store events and ongoing client outreach.
- Oversees annual performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback on performance.
- Partners with Area Manager and People Operations Specialist to assist with disciplining and terminating employees while upholding Open Door Policy.
- Communicates with the Area Manager regarding employee relations, skill development, and store operational needs.
- Manages store scheduling to ensure proper coverage based on business needs.
- Supports and executes directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Represents the brand and ensures team members embody the brand in all interactions.
- Ensures Loss Prevention policies are followed; assists with financial/sales audits and inventories to protect the store.
- 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards.
- High level of initiative and self-starter.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently operate a cash register while following cash handling procedures.
- Repetitive hand motion while operating cash register or computer.
- Regularly interacts with the public in a crowded, noisy store environment.
- Standing required for the entire shift.
- Operate office equipment (computers, phone, fax, scanner, copier).
- Must work weekend and night shifts.
- Climb ladders as needed.
- Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Occasional travel, sometimes with little notice (including air and overnight travel).

Salary$38-$41/hour
