We are looking for an organized and professional Automotive Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting our dealership. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining accurate records, and supporting efficient business operations.
Primary Responsibilities- Greet customers and callers promptly and courteously.
- Direct customers to appropriate departments for assistance.
- Maintain accurate filing of receipts and permits for easy retrieval.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and contributing to overall success.
- Ensure high levels of productivity, excellent customer service, and cost control.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Operate with integrity and adhere to ethical standards.
- Keep the work environment neat, orderly, and safe.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Punctuality and dependable attendance are essential.

Job Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least one year of reception experience, ideally in a retail setting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Work performed primarily in a dealership administrative environment requiring in-person interaction.
- Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands regularly.
- Capable of lifting up to 10 pounds.
- Good vision with ability to adjust focus.
Operate equipment safely at all times. - Prepare and bake fresh cookies daily or as needed to enhance the guest and staff experience.
