Retail Excellence Assistant - Internship

Summary

Internship supporting the Retail Excellence team based in New York, reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Excellence. The role helps coordinate retail teams across the US to improve business performance through reporting, operational support, training adoption, and strategic project work. The intern will act as a liaison with store teams and central departments to ensure effective execution of retail initiatives.

• Develop, execute, and coordinate weekly performance reports and KPIs for all stores to monitor retail performance.
• Provide daily operational support to retail teams and coordinate regional store projects (openings, relocations, closures).
• Track training rollout and adoption, monitor effectiveness, and report on contributions to sales and operations.
• Support strategic projects including omnichannel and e-commerce optimization and act as liaison with IT for project implementation.
• Coordinate communications across the retail network and assist in monitoring store P&L, travel, and expenses.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and available May 2026–December 2026 with a minimum commitment of three days per week.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills (PowerBI a plus) and proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; fluent English required, French a plus.
• Hands‑on retail management experience is a plus and a commitment to client satisfaction.
