Freelance Sales & Education Advisor

DescriptionREFY are looking for Sales & Education Advisor to represent our brand in Sephora stores in Manhattan, New York
. You’ll engage clients, educate Sephora teams, and drive sales while embodying REFY’s mission of simplifying beauty for our community. This is a freelance role, and hours are not guaranteed.
- Educate & inspire Sephora teams and clients to maximize impact and drive sales
- Create exceptional brand experiences for our community
- Work in a collaborative and empowering environment
- Oversee stock, visual merchandising and operational initiatives
- Support in store eventing and large scale trainings
- Leveraging relationships with in store teams to achieve daily and hourly sales targets
- Experienced in beauty retail, sales, or freelance artistry
- Confident, engaging, and passionate about education
- Able to build strong relationships with clients and store teams
