What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and inspire the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving overall business performance and long-term client relationships.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, team development, customer engagement, merchandising, inventory management, and operational execution.
  • Serve as a passionate, knowledgeable brand leader who embodies the company’s aesthetic, values, and service standards while elevating the in-store experience.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team; provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship to support individual and store success.
  • Drive sales growth by analyzing business trends, identifying opportunities, and executing strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain expert‑level knowledge of products, collections, brand initiatives, and customer preferences to support both team development and client engagement.
  • Ensure operational excellence by overseeing POS systems, store opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and daily workflow management.
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, store presentation, and stockroom organization in alignment with brand standards.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and compliance with inventory control procedures and operational policies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, strengthen team performance, enhance the customer experience, and drive overall business efficiency.
Who You Are:
  • Proven 5+ years of specialty retail experience, including leadership or management experience within a strong brand environment.
  • Boutique, luxury, or contemporary retail experience preferred (bonus points for fashion or home decor).
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales growth, and consistently exceeding business goals and performance metrics.
  • A confident, people‑focused leader with a positive, energetic approach and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to motivate teams, manage priorities, and make thoughtful decisions in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bonus points for additional language skills).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions‑oriented with strong attention to detail and operational follow‑through.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
  • Ability to carry 25–50 lb. boxes as well as bend, reach, lift, and move stock and products.
Perks and Benefits :
  • Compensation: $90K (OTE; Base + Bonus)
  • Generous PTO, paid parental leave, and volunteer days
  • Health, dental, vision, disability
  • 401(k) + Match
  • Furniture discounts, free design services, and annual merchandise credit
  • A warm, creative, inclusive culture that values your point of view
