Assistant Store Manager

Our client in the luxury retail industry is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in driving sales, developing the team, and delivering an elevated client experience. This individual will act as the senior leader in the Store Manager’s absence and help ensure all business objectives are met.

• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through team leadership and coaching
• Deliver a best in class customer experience and lead clienteling initiatives
• Support hiring, training, performance management, and team development
• Maintain strong product knowledge and uphold brand and visual merchandising standards
• Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, reporting, and compliance
• Partner cross functionally to support store initiatives and business goals

• 3 to 4+ years of retail experience, including supervisory responsibility
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Experience with POS and reporting systems
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus
