VISUAL Merchandiser; Part-Time

Location: New York City Area (Must be local to visit store locations)

Pastel is an upscale children’s clothing brand blending timeless European elegance with fresh, contemporary style. We design everyday luxury for the modern child, prioritizing heirloom craftsmanship, premium fabrications, and intentional fits across our boutique retail locations.

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to bring our brand's luxury aesthetic to life across our retail stores. In this flexible, part-time role, you will be responsible for translating our seasonal design concepts into captivating in-store presentations and window displays that tell a story and engage our customers.

• Elevated Visual Styling:
  Dress mannequins, style focal walls, and arrange product layouts to reflect our signature modern-heritage look.
• Store Rotation & Execution:
  Regularly travel between our retail locations to update visual displays, implement merchandising guidelines, and ensure brand consistency.
• Window Displays:
  Conceptualize and execute eye-catching window moments that highlight key seasonal capsules and drive foot traffic.
• Inventory Maximization:
  Partner with store teams to ensure high-velocity items and new arrivals are prominently featured and beautifully presented.

• Proven experience in visual merchandising, window display design, or fashion styling (luxury or boutique apparel experience is a plus).
• A strong creative eye with a deep understanding of composition, color stories, and premium retail presentation.
• Mobility:
  Must possess a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel between our retail locations.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift props, and dress displays as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
