Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, driven and creative individual to join our team. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team member standards, achieving sales and profit projections, contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, developing skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation, and recruiting and selecting team members. The Assistant Store Manager also ensures compliance with all Company policies and procedures and performs other operational and strategic duties.

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends

Base pay: $16.50 – $26.30 per hour plus commission on sales. Final pay rate is based on experience and qualifications.
