- Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: Execute high‑volume cash transactions—including deposits, withdrawals, and complex negotiable instrument processing—with 100% accuracy. Maintain a compliance‑first mindset, ensuring all security, audit, BSA/AML, and federal regulatory standards are met to keep our customers’ assets safe.
- Digital Concierge: Educate clients on how to leverage mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments, helping them gain convenience and security in their daily financial lives.
- First‑Line Consultant: Identify needs by actively listening, uncovering personal or business goals, and pairing them with the right digital tools or banking solutions to help customers succeed.
- Hospitality Lead: Move fluidly throughout the space, greeting customers and ensuring no one ever feels like just a "number." Balance the efficiency of a high‑volume operation with the warmth of a community‑focused partner.

Support surrounding branches as needed within a 50 mile radius, with occasional opportunities to assist other locations in the broader region. Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with hours and days subject to change. Adapt to business‑driven schedule adjustments and attend all required training sessions. Lift up to 25 pounds and stand or move for extended periods. Consistent attendance expected.
BasicQualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
- Associate’s degree.
- 2+ years of retail or customer‑facing experience.
- Proficiency in G‑Suite.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Salary ranges for Howard Beach, NY: $51,542 – $54,600 annually.
