LVMH Group is seeking a Retail Operations Trainee to participate in a 12-month program aimed at developing talent across functional areas. The trainee will support retail operations by managing administrative tasks, analyzing performance data, and contributing to training development for Retail Excellence.
This role also involves promoting operational excellence through data collection and analysis, contributing to projects, and working closely with various teams to drive improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
