Job Summary
The Product Operations Lead is a member of the store leadership team responsible for executing the store product strategy, overseeing all back‑of‑house product operations, managing inventory shifts, and ensuring both the floor and BOH are stocked and well‑organized. The Lead provides input to performance evaluations, hiring recommendations, and acts as Supervisor on Duty while leading inventory shifts.
Core Responsibilities- Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
- Proactively plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
- Execute product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive atmosphere for the shift.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell‑through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to inform actions, including analyzing sell‑through data for product focus or pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance and support ongoing learning and development through direct feedback, coaching, and hands‑on experiences.
- Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during open hours, lead from the floor to deliver a world‑class guest experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.
- Work schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Peak periods, special events, or other circumstances may require early mornings or late nights/overnights.
- 1 year of work experience.
- Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, planning, or logistics using business technology.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
- High‑school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service: food safety and/or liquor service certification.

- Moves through the store, sometimes in bright, loud environments or in the back of the house with limited natural light.

- Occasionally moves boxes up to 30 lb or uses ladders to reach supplies.
- For experiential stores with food/beverage service: operates industrial kitchen equipment with heat exposure.
Base Pay Range: $24.00 – $27.61/hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
Target Bonus: $2.00/hour.
Total Target Base Pay Range: $26.00 – $29.61/hour.
