Operations Associate - Woodbury Outlet

Summary

Responsible for directing the movement of all pre-sale merchandise entering and exiting the store and ensuring shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures are followed. Supports sales and visual teams by managing stock, transfers, deliveries, and storage while maintaining organized and secure inventory. Assists with facility and fixture maintenance and ensures accurate packaging and documentation for client deliveries.

• Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashion and support sales staff with in-stock merchandise.
• Manage and process inter-store transfers, stock rotations, and incoming/outgoing shipments per policies and procedures.
• Participate in preparation and completion of inventories and cycle counts; maintain active role in inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure merchandise is ticketed, properly packaged, and documented for client deliveries; troubleshoot missing deliveries and track merchandise as needed.
• Support visual merchandising and operations by moving and storing fixtures, furniture, merchandise, and props and coordinate facility and fixture maintenance.
• Assist other departments and the selling floor as requested by management.

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience focused on stock or inventory, preferably in a luxury setting.
• Computer literate with ability to learn and use various software packages.
• Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and results-driven mindset.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
