Supervisor

Today we are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our talented team in Soho, NYC. This role will be full time for 32hr-40hr per week and includes shifts at weekends and evenings.

• Secure excellent direct customer experience, by establishing a welcoming atmosphere with proactive and genuine interactions, as well as providing technical and inspirational information to COS customers.
• Support strong indirect customer service, through replenishment and garment care whilst respecting visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with the store management team to secure excellent shopping experience, through cooperation and strong communication.
• Contribute to the store's sales strategy, and help colleagues in other departments to reach.
• Evaluate service results and develop actions to increase the service experience.
• Act as a customer service role model.

COS is hiring for a Supervisor Position in SoHo, New York City. Base pay starts at $22.5/hr.
