Overview

BJ’s Wholesale Club is a membership warehouse club headquartered in Marlborough, Massachusetts, with over 250 clubs, nearly 200 BJ’s Gas stations, and eight distribution centers across 21 states.

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food in the club.
• Ensure all merchandise is clearly labeled, fully stocked, and display signage is accurate.
• Create and apply price and product tags on items.
• Handle damaged and spoiled goods according to company policies.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized club environment, including general housekeeping and removal of trash and debris.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Act with honesty, integrity, and a member‑focused mindset to address concerns and escalations.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and coworkers.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous grocery/stock experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

• Most of the time spent moving continuously on hard surfaces.
• Frequent bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
• Continuously lifting objects up to 30 pounds, sometimes more with assistance.
• Indoor environment with moving machinery, loud equipment, and occasional exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, or coolers.
• Occasional exposure to cleaning agents.

Pay range is starting from $16.50 per hour. Salaries vary based on location, education, experience and qualifications, as determined by BJ’s Wholesale Club. AI tools familiarity is valued but not a job requirement.
