• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional assistance
• Help customers locate products and answer questions about available items
• Maintain strong knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Recommend products or services that best meet customer needs
• Support sales goals through excellent customer engagement and service
• Process transactions and assist customers during the checkout process when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Restock merchandise and ensure displays are well maintained
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Full-time availability preferred
• Previous retail, customer service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and assisting with their needs
• High school diploma or GED preferred
