We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Style Advisors to join the Equinox team at its state‑of‑the‑art locations within New York City! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

• Provide a total and unparalleled customer experience to Equinox and shop visitors.
• Take direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goals).
• Maintain knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products.
• Understand and uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies consistently.
• Ensure personal comprehension of all communication and training materials, and assist the Shop MOD with timely and accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks.
• Assist the Shop MOD to ensure the shop reflects the company brand standards through merchandising and marketing direction and adherence to the shop dress code.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and in stockrooms.

• Ability to take direction.
• Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail.
• Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity.
• Excellent time management, organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas.
• Willing to work a varied schedule based on the needs of our unique retail business.

Pay: $17.25 per hour, depending on shop volume and location.
